Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of DM Autopilot at insta.artsdigi.store. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to Meta's applicable terms, platform policies, and Instagram messaging requirements.

Permitted use

You may use DM Autopilot only with Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage and only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your account permissions, automation rules, messages, public replies, links, media, recipients, and compliance with Meta's policies and applicable law.

Account connection and authorization

You authorize DM Autopilot to access and process the Instagram information shown during Meta authorization and to perform actions that you configure through the service. You must keep your own account secure, promptly report unauthorized access, and disconnect the service when it is no longer authorized to act for an account.

Prohibited use

• Spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful content
• Unsolicited bulk messaging or attempts to bypass Meta messaging windows or rate limits
• Unauthorized access, scraping, credential sharing, or circumvention of security controls
• Activity that violates Instagram or Meta policies or harms the service

Your content

You retain responsibility for the content and automation rules you provide. You grant DM Autopilot the limited permission necessary to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you request.

Availability and accounts

Features may change or become unavailable because of maintenance, security requirements, Meta API changes, account restrictions, or events outside our control. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, DM Autopilot, or compliance with Meta's policies. You may stop using the service and revoke its Meta access at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

DM Autopilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that automations, message delivery, or third-party APIs will be uninterrupted or error-free. DM Autopilot is not responsible for actions taken by Meta or Instagram, including account restrictions or API availability. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Instructions for disconnecting the service and requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when DM Autopilot or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The latest version and updated date will remain available on this page.
