Privacy Policy

DM Autopilot is an Instagram automation service available at insta.artsdigi.store. It uses Meta's official Instagram APIs to connect professional Instagram accounts and provide inbox, direct-message automation, comment replies, comment-to-DM workflows, media selection, and analytics features requested by account owners.

Information we process

• Instagram profile information, including username, name, profile picture, and professional-account ID
• Media, captions, comments, comment identifiers, and account insights made available by Meta
• Messages, sender identifiers, and conversation metadata needed for inbox and automation features
• Automation rules, keywords, reply content, and settings created by the connected-account owner
• Instagram access tokens needed to perform actions expressly authorized by the account owner
• Basic service, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect DM Autopilot

How information is used

• To connect and authenticate an Instagram professional account
• To receive eligible Instagram webhook events and run the automation rules you configure
• To display conversations, messages, media, comments, and analytics in the DM Autopilot dashboard
• To send replies through Meta's APIs only when instructed by an authorized rule or dashboard user
• To diagnose failures, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

DM Autopilot does not sell personal information or use Instagram data for unrelated advertising.

Storage and sharing

Connected-account data is stored in protected service infrastructure. Information is disclosed only to Meta when making authorized API requests, to infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate DM Autopilot, when directed by the account owner, or when required by law. Service providers may process information only to deliver their contracted services. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested features, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Connected-account data and access tokens are deleted after a verified deletion request, except for limited records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

You may disconnect DM Autopilot or revoke its access through Instagram or Meta account settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your connected account. To request deletion, follow the data deletion instructions.

Children

DM Autopilot is intended for businesses and professional account operators and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page with its updated date.
