Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect DM Autopilot and request deletion of personal data associated with your connected Instagram account at any time. You do not need to provide your Instagram or Meta password.

How to request deletion

1. Revoke DM Autopilot's access in your Instagram or Meta account settings to stop future API access.
2. Email support@artsdigi.store using the subject "DM Autopilot data deletion request."
3. Include your Instagram username. Do not include your password, access token, or other credentials.

What happens next

Account ownership may be verified before deletion. After verification, DM Autopilot will delete the connected-account record, stored access token, conversations, messages, automation settings, cached media metadata, webhook-related identifiers, and other data associated with that account. Limited information may be retained only when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or service security.

Timing

Requests are normally completed within 30 days. A confirmation will be sent when the request has been processed or if more information is needed to verify account ownership.
