Does DM Autopilot need my Instagram password?
No. You connect through Instagram’s authorization flow. DM Autopilot does not ask you to enter or share your Instagram password.
Which Instagram accounts are supported?
DM Autopilot is designed for Instagram professional accounts: Business and Creator accounts supported by Instagram’s professional APIs.
What can I automate?
You can configure keyword replies for DMs and comments, public and private comment responses, supported story interactions, ice breakers, media responses and quick replies. You can also manage conversations in the Inbox.
Can I disable an automation?
Yes. Rules remain under your control and can be turned off from the dashboard whenever you no longer want them to respond.
How can I delete my data?
Disconnect access from Instagram and follow the instructions on our public Data Deletion page. You can also contact support for help with a deletion request.
How can I contact support?
